The Black Diamond Havoc skis like a much larger, heavier ski. I was impressed that a ski could be so light, yet ski so stable. It's solid at high speeds and carves the hard pack. The Havoc skis like most traditional alpine skis, which is rare for a ski described as "backcountry". It's a really stiff ski, so I would recommend using the Havoc with an AT setup, unless you really like to slam it on your tele turns. This would be a great ski to get if you want one ski for touring and the lifts.
(UPDATE: This would make a great tele ski with the rottefella ntn binding)
