The Middle Fork of the Salmon River is one of the best opportunities for a multi-day river trip in the country. The Middle Fork flows through Idaho's Frank Church: River of No Return Wilderness Area and trips cover 75-100 miles of this beautiful canyon. Your family will have ample time to relax in the sun, soak in the hot springs, view the plentiful wildlife and hike up to scenic view points.

Trips range from 4-6 days and toward the end of your trip, you'll raft through the famed Impassable Canyon. ECHO provides all camping and rafting gear, delicious meals and safe navigation with our professional river guides. Directions:

Trips begin in Stanley, ID located a 2.5 hr. drive north of Boise. You can choose to fly to Stanley from the Boise airport with McCall Air. After rafting 75-100 miles of this Wild and Scenic river, the trip ends in Salmon, ID. If you drove, we can get your car shuttled to Salmon during your trip. If you flew, McCall can fly you from Salmon back to the Boise airport.
