Clearwater Steelhead Fishing
Come fish the beautiful Clearwater River, located in North Central Idaho. The Clearwater is home to robust runs of B-Run Steelhead. The average Clearwater River Steelhead is 13 pounds with numerous fish over 20 pounds being caught each season.
For anyone searching for a great fishing trip you can stop looking. This area is remote enough that the fishing pressure is low, but close enough to major cities for convient flights and renta-cars.
The steelhead season on the Clearwater run longer than any other river in the Western United States. Steelhead start to show in late August and offer great angling opportunity all the way through March.
Clearwater River Company owns CL2 and CL3 permits. The state of Idaho requires that guides and outfitters be licensed and registered with the state.
