Princeton Tec Bot Head Lamp Review
My kids love using my head lamps, but they always end up with them around their necks. Adult head lamps are too big for the little ones. The solution is the Princeton Tec Bot Kids Head Lamp.
Princeton Tec Bot in Action
My son is four years old and this light fits him perfectly. It's small enough that it stays on his head. The two led lights are plenty bright, even for running around at night.

Princeton Tec Bot Light

The Bot is an incredible deal. (about $15.99) You get the high quality of the Princeton Tec Brand in a small package. I've got my kids cheap lights at home improvement stores and they break them in a few weeks. We've been testing these lights out for three months and they are still intact, and working fine. I just replaced the 2 AAA batteries and my son was fascinated to see how the light worked. As a curious little boy, my son takes the batteries out of everything. It's great that Princeton Tec put a screw on the battery compartment. It's nearly impossible for little kids to open it up and play with (and loose) the batteries.
The light unit itself pivots on the mounting bracket, so the kids can adjust the angle of the light. The on/off button is simple to operate with little hands. There's a low beam, high beam and a flash. The flash is cool, because the kids like the setting and they will wear the light around camp, so you can keep track of them. I trained my 6 year old daughter to turn on the flash if she got lost or in trouble, that way we can find her.
Princeton Tec Bot Strap

The Bot strap is fully adjustable and it can be changed with ease. The strap is very durable and has held up well to months of use. You can take it off the light to clean it also.
