As you can see from the pictures below, there are a variety of adjustable protective storage compartments within the Backpack.
Crumpler Sinking Barge Deluxe Backpack

The Crumpler Sinking Barge Deluxe is a pack designed for the day-to-day hauling of camera equipment. I had the pack loaded with camera equipment and other sensitive electronic devices. The 900 Denier Shell provides a water resistant protective layer. All the zippers on the pack have large teeth and sliders, so they are easy to operate and are extremely durable. There are two mesh exterior pockets on the front to hold water bottles, film or other items you need quick access to.
Crumpler Sinking Barge Deluxe Protective Storage

The Sinking Barge Deluxe will hold 915 cubic inches or 15 liters of gear. For a compact pack, there are a variety of protective storage pockets. The laptop pocket will fit up to a 15.4" notebook. There are two removable internal pockets lined with soft brushed nylon compartments that can adjust to fit various sized gear or camera lenses. Crumpler's new "Super Snake Divider" inserts into the already padded camera compartments. The Snake Dividers offer a customizable to fit for a standard DSLR Camera kit and lenses.
Top Removeable Storage Bag

The top protective storage bag is removable and has a zippered top. I used the handle to carry this pocket so, I'd have easy access to my cameras. The Snake Divider around the cameras can be removed from the pocket and adjusted quickly to fit a variety of cargo sizes. Crumpler has designed this pocket to hold another DSLR Camera kit and lenses.
Sinking Barge Deluxe Backpack -- Tripod Holder

The Sinking Barge Deluxe has a Tripod Holder on the left side. This holds the Tripod snug so it doesn't bounce around while your hiking.
Sinking Barge Deluxe Backpack -- Rain Hood

The 900 Denier Nylon is already water resistant, but the rain hood gives you added protection. The rain hood is located in a zipper pocket at the top of the bag next to the handle. It's attached to the bag so it will not blow off, and it has an elastic seam for a tight fit around the backpack.
Sinking Barge Deluxe Backpack -- Back View

The Sinking Barge Deluxe has beefy shoulder straps. The back of the pad and the straps are well padded for a comfortable ride on your back. There is an adjustable chest strap, so the pack can be worn by either sexes. There is also a waist strap and buckle that you can cinch down for a custom fit.
